To become a Full member, one must participate in the contest 5 consecutive times with their last 2 participation being with the same country. To keep the membership, one must continue participating and voting in the contest.

Membership can be lost by:

1. Applying with another country which breaks the chain of the last 2 participation being with the same country
2. Not applying for the contest which breaks the chain of taking part in the contest 5 consecutive times
3. Not voting in the contest

Request membership by sending a message using one method from the following:

The message has to contain the exact details of the Member's participation. The Member needs to list the countries, songs and artists they've sent to the last five editions of the contest. The Organizer shall then check the message and approve or decline the membership.

Full members get to apply for the next edition before the others, so they don't have to worry about others taking the countries they participate with away from them as they can apply for the contest once the application date is officially revealed.
